How can I order items from your facility?
There are several ways to place your order.
1) Purchasing from the Online Storefront.
2) Emailing in your order at [email protected]

4) Printing and Faxing an order form to 206.426.3208

What information do I include if I email my order?
Please include the following in any ans all email orders:
***ALL Information is required due to the nature of the items offered.
Full Name,
Date of Birth,
Address,
Phone,
Email (yes,we know this is provided when you send us an email order. However, we need confirmation of the email address to which we are to send the invoice.),
Item # from catalog(s),
Quantity of item(s) to be ordered,
*We will then send you an invoice for your purchase via the email you provide. All items will ship ONLY after the payment is made and clears.

What if I don't want to checkout with Google?
That is perfectly fine. Just call, fax, or email us your order. We will then either take your CC over the phone or send you an email containing an invoice so that you may pay with your CC. Which ever is more comfortable to you.
***If you fax your order plase don't forget the Credit Card Authorization Form. Fax Orders CANNOT be processed without it.

How do I get an order form to fax?
Just hit the refresh button on your browser. This will take you to our main company page. Go to the bottom and click on the form icon. You may then download, print, and fax it!

What is your shipping breakdown?
$8 on purchases totaling up to $100; 8% on orders $101-$250; 4.5% on orders $251-$1000; and 3.5% on orders over $1000.

What if I don't have a Fax and want to mail in my order form?
As of right now we do not have the facilities to accept mail orders. However, this will soon change! The best alternative route would be to place your order over the phone by calling 206.338.2291
